Tensile strength
The tensile strength is determined by stretching a fabric specimen of specified dimensions at a constant rate of extension until rupture occurs.
Tear strength
The Tongjiang sample is fixed on the fixture and torn along the incision direction, and the work done to tear a certain length of fabric is converted into the tearing strength.
Seam performance
A specimen of specified size (with a seam in the middle) is stretched at a constant rate of extension perpendicular to the seam until the seam fails. The maximum force at which the seam fails is recorded.
Pilling
According to the specified method and test parameters, use a nylon brush and fabric abrasive or only fabric abrasive to rub the sample until it becomes fuzzy and pilling. Then, under the specified lighting conditions, visually describe and evaluate the pilling performance.
Tensile strength
Dimensional change after washing
Anti-slip
Color fastness to washing, etc.
