Residual Metal Needles

Using the principle of electromagnetic induction, broken needles or other ferromagnetic metal residues in textile products are induced and thereby detected.

Sharpness of Attachments

Sharp edge test method: The test tape is attached to the mandrel as required. Under a specified load, the mandrel rotates 360° along the accessible edge being tested. The length of the test tape cut is measured. Sharp point test method: The sharpness tester is placed on the accessible point. Under a specified load, it is checked whether the tested point can penetrate to the specified depth of the sharpness tester.

Lengths of Cords and Cord Loops

Use a steel ruler or steel tape measure to determine the straight length in the natural state, and record to 1 mm.
